Church & Dwight Co., Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected president and chief executive officer James R. Craigie as Chairman of the Board effective following the company’s 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Craigie joined Church & Dwight as president and chief executive officer in July 2004. Robert A. Davies, III, the company’s current chairman will retire from his position, but will remain a director of the company. Mr. Davies also served as the company’s chief executive officer from October 1995 until his retirement from that office in July 2004.
